Big Bob's is seeking energetic, outgoing Service Representatives that will focus their attention on providing World Class Customer Service to all customers who enter the store, by fulfilling customer needs and closing the sale. Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, selling skills and being results driven. Having the customer be your number one priority at all times, by identifying the customer needs, making product recommendations, assisting them make their home more beautiful and ensuring that the customers’ needs are met.
Retail and outside selling experience a plus, but not necessary. Outside sales will be apart of the daily routine and candidates must be motivated to go out and prospect. Must possess a positive attitude and be an excellent communicator/listener. Proven ability to be a team player. Must be results driven with the motivation in meeting the customer’s needs. Compensation for this position is commission based so the more you sell, the more you earn!
